Quality Control Process
Quality Control Process

Each fabric shipment begins with a precise quality check. We review its color, thickness, finish, coating, and any signs of damage to make sure it lives up to our standards. Any issue is reported right away, and defective materials are held back for replacement. Because fabrics form the foundation of our products, this early-stage inspection is essential to delivering the stable quality our brand promises

From zippers to webbings, every accessory is inspected the moment it reaches our facility. Our team checks color accuracy, size, performance, and printing details according to strict criteria. Anything that doesn’t meet requirements is stopped right at IQC, ensuring only quality-approved parts go into our products.

Cut panels undergo random sampling to assess cutting accuracy, pattern alignment, silhouette conformity, and edge cleanliness. As deviations at this stage may result in downstream appearance defects, this step is classified as a critical preventive control. When abnormalities are detected, partial or full-lot 100% inspection may be implemented to prevent defect propagation.

Prior to full production, we review the first-made sample in detail, comparing it with the specification sheet to verify its look, dimensions, stitching, and accessory positions. If any deviation is identified, production is stopped immediately and adjustments are made before the line continues.

Ahead of production, we bring together QC/QA, production teams, line leaders, and related departments for a PPM meeting. Together, we walk through all quality standards, workflow guidelines, key checkpoints, and customer requirements. This helps ensure every operator is fully informed and reduces mistakes at the beginning of the process.

In-line inspections are carried out every morning and afternoon to confirm that any issues identified during the Top Bulk Quality Meeting have been properly corrected.

At the end of the line, finished products are subject to a secondary inspection covering appearance, measurement accuracy, accessory attachment, and packaging conformity. Compliance results contribute to the line’s quality assessment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

After final inspection, products are packed according to standardized export packaging guidelines to ensure protection during international transportation. Each item is properly packed to prevent damage, moisture, or deformation in transit.
Before shipment, packing quantities, carton strength, labels, barcodes, and shipping marks are carefully verified. Goods are released for dispatch only after all packaging and shipment details are confirmed, ensuring safe delivery and smooth customs clearance.
