To address any concerns you may have regarding information security, and to clearly demonstrate our long-term commitment to confidentiality, we would like to outline the following principles and practices that we consistently follow in our operations:

We have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with many of our existing customers, and we are fully willing to enter into a formal NDA with you as well. This legal agreement is intended to protect your confidential information and to establish a clear, professional framework of trust between our companies. To date, our customers have expressed satisfaction with Jarler’s NDA arrangements and our adherence to them.

Even in situations where a signed NDA has not yet been executed, our Jarler morale patch factory still strictly follows internal confidentiality rules and ethical standards. We ensure that all customer data, designs, and specifications are kept confidential, are not disclosed to any unauthorized third parties, and are never used for any purpose beyond the scope of the agreed cooperation.

In addition, all Jarler employees and business partners who may have access to customer information are required to comply with our internal data protection and confidentiality policies. They receive regular training and internal guidance to ensure they remain aligned with industry best practices and understand the importance of safeguarding customer intellectual property at every stage of production and communication.

For your peace of mind, we are also happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you before you provide any artwork, drawings, specifications, or other proprietary materials to us. We believe this step helps ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual confidence from the very beginning of our cooperation.
